Refund policy
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@badmomsclubshop.com with your order number and a photo of the itemâs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return Policy:
Bad Moms Club will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.Â
Please allow Bad Moms Club 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. Bad Moms Club will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

To initiate a return:
1) Go to Account--> Orders
2) Locate the order that you want to return and open the order details. (Products that are eligible for return and still within the return window will have the "Return" button)
3) Adjust the quantity for each item you are returning and click continue
4) Select the reason for return and submit
5) Note: Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.
6) Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes (You can also cancel the return submission if you need to in this step)
7) To check on the return status of an order, go to Orders -> Return and locate by the RA or order number (Please allow Bad Moms Club 5-7 business days from the time it arrives to our warehouse for processing)
Return Processing Time
Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
Return auth number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders -> Return on the site). All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.
Order Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.
If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed.
Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
We advise you that if you canât cancel your order to wait until you get your order and then initiate a refund and return the items within 7 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days of recieving your order, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 7 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
